Customer Success Manager (Mid-Level Experience)

You will create and execute social media campaigns, engage with our community, and analyze performance to continuously improve our social media presence.

ABOUT THIS JOB

What’s the job?

We’re looking for a mid-level Customer Success Manager who will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals with TRIFFT. You’ll be the driving force behind successful project implementations and long-term client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Lead client meetings, create agendas, take meeting minutes, and coordinate with TRIFFT teams, client personnel, and third parties to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their broader agenda, and proactively ensure they are well onboarded and their projects are set up for success.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews, pulling in relevant expert resources to ensure impact and client satisfaction.
  • Renewals and Invoicing: Support invoicing, payment operations, and proactively manage the renewal process to maintain ongoing client relationships.

Experience in managing projects, working with clients, and ensuring successful project outcomes is crucial. We’re looking for someone who can independently manage client interactions and drive projects to completion.
